Overview
The Water Department is responsible for the connection and disconnection of water service; for maintenance and repair of water lines, water meters, water valves and fire hydrants. Water is tested on a regular basis for quality and a Consumer Confidence Report is located on this website and mailed to residents on an annual basis. The Water Department has an individual on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week. For repairs, problems or questions about the system, call (913) 259-3620 during regular hours (7:30 am - 4:00pm). Emergencies after regular hours should be reported to the Paola Police Department at (913) 259-3640.
Consumer Confidence Report
Annually, the City must provide a Consumer Confidence Report which is a report of the quality of water that is provided to our citizens. Included are details about where your water comes from, what it contains, and how it compares to EPA and State standards. For a copy of the latest reports, use:
